The accounting office Clear Finance has been set up based on our over 20 years of professional experience in finance and Accounting. We are members of the Association of Accountants in Poland and the Accounting Offices Club operating under the brand of this Association.

We cooperate with advisors specialising in corporate, labour and tax law.
Our activity is covered by the civil insurance liability in the area of accounting, advisory, HR and payroll services.
Iwona Czeszyńska
she started her professional career at KPMG in the general audit department in 1998, where she acquired the qualifications of an auditor.
She is the member of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors (PIBR) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She was responsible for performing audits, limited reviews and agreed upon procedures of financial statements as well as consolidation packages prepared in accordance with Polish Accounting Standards (PAS),
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other countries’ local standards. Subsequently, she held key positions in companies with American and Dutch capital, where she was fully responsible for all finance, accounting and tax issues as well as group reporting in accordance with US GAAP and Dutch GAAP. She also rendered accounting and tax advisory services to an accounting office for a period of 9 years.
She has a license of the Ministry of Finance for bookkeeping services and is a member of the Association of Accountants in Poland.
Katarzyna Łukawska
she is a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznan, specialty: Corporate Finance and Accounting. She gained a professional experience in a state treasury company, the Poznan city hall and an entity from the American capital group.
Subsequently, for the period of 8 years, she used to cooperate with accounting offices in Poznan, rendering her services both to local and foreign customers. She has a license of the Ministry of Finance for bookkeeping services and is a member of the Association of Accountants in Poland.
